Boomer in a digital age

stock-illustration-39650854-mobile-apps-conceptWelcome to the Neo-Digital Diva blog!

As its name implies, this blog is written by someone new-ish to the whole digital and social media landscape. And not just new, but also a latecomer to the social media party. As such, I too have struggled to learn and to keep  up with the “latest and greatest” when it comes to interacting digitally.

In this blog, I want to demystify social media for anyone born in the mid-1960s and later (a.k.a. “Boomers” or as Moses Znaimer likes to call us — “Zoomers.”)

I want to explain the lingo, discuss new and old-but-still relevant social media channels, and show readers how to use them in a way that makes sense to them, and fills a need.

I also plan to showcase people 50 and older who are doing great things in this space (e.g. American author, entrepreneur and marketer Seth Godin, beauty blogger Angie of hotandflashy50, who has 2.5 million viewers/followers, etc.)

So, come on in, pour yourself a cup of coffee and grab your device…..
